Short answer: Deep Silver has not published full system requirements for Dawn of War IV yet. On October 22, 2026, Steam lists only a 64-bit processor and operating system, and "Coming soon" for the operating system. The game is coming to Steam for Windows PCs on December 3, 2026 (Commander Edition: November 30, 2026). If you see detailed specs elsewhere before Steam shows them, they are a guess.

Platforms: Windows PC on Steam

PC (Windows) on Steam. Steam lists Windows only, with no macOS or Linux version. The official website says the game will be released on Steam for PC (Windows). No PlayStation, Xbox or Mac version has been announced, and Steam Deck support has not been confirmed.

So you can compare your PC the moment the official specs are out, note down these four things in Windows:

Processor and memory: open Settings › System › About. “Processor” and “Installed RAM” are listed there, along with whether Windows is 64-bit (“System type”).
Graphics card and its memory: open Task Manager (Ctrl + Shift + Esc) › Performance › GPU. The card's name is at the top right and its “Dedicated GPU memory” below the graphs.
Free disk space: in File Explorer, open This PC and look under the drive where your Steam games go.
Windows version: in Settings › System › About, under “Windows specifications”.
